During the preceding interregnum the monthly magazine 'Fellowship' was first published which continues to this day.

Although only with the church for two years during his time the church gave much needed help to Gloucester Place Baptist Church in Brighton to remove its Building Debt. Rev. George resigned in 1920 and was not replaced until 1922.
