Here are a few ways to improve the accessibility of this website. If you have any problems accessing content please email us and let us know alternatively our address and phone number are at the bottom of this page. We will try to address the problem as soon as possible.

Display options

There is more than one way to view content on this site, our display options page gives you the option of selecting display format that is more accessible for you including high visibility and linearised versions which puts everything into a single column.

Increase the text size

Most web browsers give you the option to increase the text size, here are a few way to do this:

On Windows and Internet Explorer:
  • Open the ' View ' menu with the mouse or by pressing ' Alt' and 'V ' .
  • Select the ' Text Size ' option with the mouse or by pressing ' X ' .
  • Choose your preferred text size with the mouse or by using the up and down arrow keys and pressing ' Enter ' or by clicking on it.

If you are using Internet Explorer 7 or Firefox Press ' Ctrl ' and '+' to increase the text size and ' Ctrl ' and ' - ' to decrease the text size.
